Senior Executive - Customer Service Audit (Outsourced/Third-Party)

Job Responsibilities:

1. SC Audit Planning:

• Develop and execute audit schedules for service centers across India.

2. Compliance Verification:

• Evaluate adherence to company policies, government regulations, and service center standards.

3. Process Evaluation:

• Assess the effectiveness and efficiency of service center workflows and procedures.

4. Quality Control:

• Monitor the quality of services provided and identify improvement areas.

5. Inventory Management:

• Review and validate inventory records to ensure accuracy and proper stock management.

6. Documentation Review:

• Check service records, invoices, and other documentation for compliance and accuracy.

7. Risk Assessment:

• Identify potential risks or vulnerabilities in service center operations and suggest mitigation strategies.

8. Reporting:

• Prepare detailed audit reports highlighting findings, recommendations, and corrective actions.

Educational Background:

• Qualification:

  Bachelors degree or higher.

• Languages:

  Proficiency in Hindi, English, and the regional language of the audit area.

Experience Requirement:

• Industry Experience:

  At least 5 years of experience in auditing, preferably in the mobile service centre or related industry.

• Expertise:

• Strong knowledge of mobile service industry challenges, regulations, and practices.
• Proven auditing skills, including data analysis, risk identification, and compliance evaluation.

  Ability to assess complex data and derive actionable insights.

• Adaptability:

  Flexibility to handle changes in audit scope, priorities, or organizational requirements.

Other Requirements:

• This is a field-based role requiring frequent travel across India to conduct audits.
• Candidates must be willing to adapt to varying travel schedules and local conditions.
