Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Executive in the Car Booking Department located in Mumbai. The Senior Executive will manage daily operations related to car bookings, handle customer inquiries and bookings, coordinate with partner associates, and ensure prompt customer support. The role involves managing corporate tie-ups, negotiating competitive rates, and providing MIS reports and insights. The candidate will also be responsible for managing cancellations, refunds, and changes in travel plans. Qualifications 2-5 Years of Experience in handling Car Bookings for Corporate.
