Senior Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Drive engineering best practices across the organization, focusing on code quality, automation, reliability, and performance.
• Design, develop, and maintain tools, frameworks, and dashboards to improve software development lifecycle (SDLC) efficiency.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for technical improvement.
• Champion continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) practices; automate build, test, and deployment pipelines.
• Promote and facilitate adoption of modern development practices such as test-driven development (TDD), pair programming, and code reviews.
• Lead initiatives to improve engineering onboarding, knowledge sharing, and documentation standards.
• Analyze engineering metrics (e.g., deployment frequency, mean time to recovery, code coverage) and provide actionable insights.
• Serve as a liaison between engineering, DevOps, QA, and product management to align on technical excellence goals.
• Conduct regular assessments and audits of engineering practices, tools, and technologies.
• Mentor and train engineers on best practices for writing maintainable, scalable, and secure code.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging tools to continuously enhance engineering effectiveness.
