Key Responsibilities : ✅ Conducting daily and periodic concurrent audits of bank transactions. ✅ Reviewing loan documentation, credit appraisals and compliance with internal controls. ✅ Monitoring KYC/AML compliance and flagging suspicious transactions. ✅ Preparing timely audit reports, effectively communicating key findings. ✅ Preparation and filing of Income Tax returns, and TDS/TCS returns. ✅ Exposure to GST compliance including return filing and GST audits across diverse industries. ✅ Assisting in tax assessments, ROC filings, and representation before tax authorities. ✅ Advising on tax planning, tax saving investments, and strategies. ✅ Assisting in conducting Statutory, Internal, Stock and Tax audit for various entities. ✅ Assisting in the preparation of Financial statements as per applicable standards. ✅ Helping with reconciliation of accounts and data verification.
