Senior Executive

Job Title: Senior Executive – Franchise Development

Location: Remote / Work from HQ / Field as required

Reports To: Franchise Expansion Manager

Role Overview

Bethliving, India’s pioneer in zero-wood modular interiors, is expanding rapidly across India. We are looking for a proactive and well-spoken Senior Executive to support our franchise expansion efforts by handling all incoming and outbound franchise leads, qualifying prospects, and ensuring seamless coordination for follow-ups and meetings.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for all franchise-related inquiries
• Conduct cold calls and warm follow-ups across India
• Clearly explain Bethliving’s franchise models and investment structures
• Curate qualified leads based on profile, city, and business intent
• Maintain and update the Franchise Lead Tracker
• Schedule online or in-person meetings
• Coordinate LOI paperwork, documentation, calendar invites, and follow-ups
• Share and explain pitch decks, brochures, and model comparisons to leads
• Provide weekly lead reports and status updates

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in inside sales, franchise sales, or business development
• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (other languages will be a plus)
• Strong phone presence and interpersonal skills – ability to build rapport quickly
• Proficiency in MS Office, Google Sheets and good computer skills
• Strong organizational skills for scheduling, follow-ups, and report generation
• High level of initiative and ownership
• Graduate in any discipline; MBA/BBA preferred but not mandatory

• Familiarity with franchise business models
• Experience in handling high-net-worth clients or investors
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

Compensation: Will be disclosed

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:
