Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Hyderabad for a Senior Executive Quality Assurance. The individual will be responsible for overseeing the quality assurance processes, maintaining compliance with ISO and cGMP standards, conducting audits, managing quality control tests, and ensuring the consistent production of high-quality products. They will collaborate with the R&D team to develop and refine quality assurance procedures and work closely with production teams to resolve any quality issues promptly.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 13485, ISO 15378, and cGMP standards
• Experience in quality control tests, audits, and maintaining compliance
• Project management, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Proficient in quality assurance documentation and reporting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with R&D and production teams
• Bachelor's degree in pharmacy, Engineering, or related field is preferred
• Experience in pharmaceutical packaging or manufacturing is must.
• Shall be able to handle stress Independently as Designee in the absence of QA Head.
• Knowledge of CFT, Third Party Audit, Vendor Audit is Must.
• Able to answer Querry proficiently and in a Timely Tagged Manner efficiently.
• Possess Knowledge of C&Q, Validation Batches, Trials, VMP, SMF, QM, DMF. APQR, QMS, RISK ASSESSMENT.
• Possess Knowledge of HSE, OHS at workplace.
• Documentation, Archival System
