Job Summary :-

We are seeing a seasoned Senior Brand and Digital Marketing Manager to lead our marketing communications, social media strategies, and creative brand management. This role is pivotal in spearheading organic social media efforts, managing brand storytelling, and ensuring consistent visual identity across all channels. You will collaborate with internal teams, agencies, and global HQ to execute impactful campaigns that align with our business goals.

Key Responsibilities :-

Social Media & Digital Presence

• Spearhead organic social media strategy, planning, and execution across Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Develop campaign narratives and editorial calendars aligned with brand and business goals.
• Work with agencies and production teams to develop content both static and video.

Creative Brand Management

• Act as the creative lead for brand storytelling, the and verbal ensuring alignment across all channels.
• Manage and upgrade sales tools and catalogues.
• Maintain and evolve the visual identity and tonality of our brands in India.
• Oversee the creative direction for campaigns, collaterals, invites, showrooms, events, and internal presentations.

Website & Content Management

• Coordinate content strategy, writing, and visual alignment for our website.
• Collaborate with global HQ for localized web content, translations, page updates, and homepage refreshes.
• Manage brand content assets and reference material for digital platforms and CMS tools.

Marketing Communication & Collaterals

• Lead creation and design of newsletters, brochures, event invites, and sales collaterals.
• Oversee vendor partners and creative agencies for timely delivery of marketing materials.
• Ensure brand consistency across physical and digital marketing materials.

Influencer Marketing & Community Management

• Identify and assess relevant influencers for strategic collaborations.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders for influencer content planning, briefs, and execution.
• Monitor campaign performance and brand alignment.

Internal & Stakeholder Communication

• Liaise with internal teams (Sales, Product, Global HQ) for cross-functional alignment on branding initiatives.
• Consolidate and analyze reports on campaign impact, media coverage, and creative performance.
• Work closely with showroom and event teams to ensure brand presentation across touchpoints.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of relevant experience in marketing, with a focus on brand management and digital strategies.
• Hands-on experience with agency/vendor management.
• In-depth knowledge and experience in digital marketing.
• Strong adherence to deliverables and timelines with no compromise on quality or brand standards.
• Excellent planning and documentation skills.
• Willingness to travel as and when required (up to 10%).

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in events/exhibits.
• Proficiency in social media tools, CMS platforms, and design software.
• Background in luxury or consumer goods branding is a plus.
