Senior Executive / Assistant Manager - Corporate Communication

We are currently looking for Senior Executive / Assistant Manager - Corporate Communication professional for the company Venwind Refex Power Ltd.

Roles and responsibilities:

Creative Storytelling & Content Creation:

• Develop compelling narratives around products, solutions, and brand positioning.
• Draft and edit content across formats: videos, brochures, blogs, newsletters, presentations, and more.

Product Marketing Assets:

• Coordinate with design and production vendors for product videos, demos, and explainer content.
• Manage the creation of sales kits, marketing collateral, and internal communications materials.

Stakeholder Coordination:

• Liaise with leadership and product teams to align communication goals.
• Support budget planning and vendor negotiations for communication initiatives.

Events & Product Launches:

• Plan and execute product launch events, press interactions, and internal announcements.
• Manage company's participation in industry exhibitions, trade shows, and conferences including booth/stall design, branding, and logistics.

Brand & Messaging Consistency:

• Ensure all content and messaging is aligned with brand guidelines and tone of voice.
• Monitor industry trends to refine positioning and content themes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors or Masters in Mass Communication, Marketing, Public Relations, or Journalism.
• 5- 8 years of proven experience in corporate communications, brand marketing, or B2B storytelling.

Technical skills:

• Strong command of content writing, editing, and visual storytelling.
• Experience with vendor management (video production, creative agencies, printers).
• Familiarity with content planning tools (Asana, Trello, or similar) and basic design tools (Canva, Adobe suite preferred).
• Working knowledge of event logistics, marketing automation tools, or CMS platforms is a plus.

• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Strong project management and multitasking skills.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and creative mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and tight deadlines.
