Job Overview: Total Exp-2-4 Years Location: Pune, Maharashtra Work-mode: Hybrid (2 days WFO) About Role: This role will be a blend of Employee Engagement and Internal Communication expert and will be responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring programs that foster a positive work environment and promote employee satisfaction. The role entails developing and executing the strategy and creating visually compelling graphics to support various communication channels within the organization. A creative thinker with excellent communication skills and a keen eye for design is needed for this role. It involves developing and implementing comprehensive internal communication strategies to effectively disseminate information to employees. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute employee engagement strategies and programs that promote organizational culture, values, and employee well-being. - Organize and oversee events, workshops, and activities that enhance employee morale and team cohesion. - Design, administer, and analyze employee engagement surveys. - Gather and interpret employee feedback to identify areas of improvement and success. - Present findings and recommendations to management. - Develop and implement comprehensive internal communication strategies to effectively disseminate information to employees. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify communication needs and objectives. - Create engaging content for internal newsletters, emails, intranet, and other communication platforms. - Ensure consistency in messaging and branding across all internal communication channels. - Ensure effective internal communication regarding engagement activities, policies, and programs. - Develop newsletters, bulletins, and other communication materials to keep employees informed and engaged. - Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to employee engagement. - Regularly report on engagement metrics and program effectiveness. - Promote a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion within the organization. - Support initiatives that foster a respectful and inclusive workplace. - Craft compelling narratives through visual elements, language content, and use storytelling principles to convey messages and engage audiences. - Conceptualize and design visual elements for Employee communications. - Design banners for digital communications such as e-blasts, invitations, newsletters, and alerts. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. - 2+ years of experience in employee engagement, HR, or a related area. - Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas in a clear and concise manner. - Strong understanding of employee engagement practices and trends.
