Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Visit schools daily and meet teachers to build strong relationships.
  • Present Madhubun products and explain their key features (USPs).
  • Distribute samples and follow up with teachers for feedback and orders.
  • Maintain school-wise database and key decision-maker contact details.
  • Submit daily sales reports (DSR) to reporting managers.
  • Manage book returns and ensure smooth coordination.
  • Submit TA/workshop and other bills on time.
  • Meet teachers after workshops to collect book prescriptions.
  • Ensure timely distribution of teacher support materials to user schools.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Graduate from a recognized university.
  • 3-5 years of sales & marketing experience in the publishing industry.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and regional language.
  • Confident, persuasive, and self-driven with a strong sales attitude.
  • Good knowledge of competitors products.
  • Presentable, dynamic, and professional in approach.
