Job Description

Looking for a skilled Senior Executive - AR to join our team at Omega Healthcare Management Services Pvt. Ltd.,
Roles and Responsibility

Manage and oversee accounts receivable processes, ensuring timely payments and resolving outstanding issues.

Develop and implement effective strategies to improve cash flow and reduce bad debts.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address areas for improvement in the accounts receivable process.

Analyze financial data and provide insights to senior management on trends and opportunities for growth.

Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to accounts receivable.

Lead and mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and performance.

Job

Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices, preferably in a healthcare setting.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to work effectively with internal stakeholders.

Ability to analyze complex financial data and provide actionable recommendations.

Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines.

Experience with CRM software and IT-enabled services is desirable.

Strong leadership and mentoring skills to motivate and guide junior team members.
