Job Description

Looking to onboard a skilled Senior Executive - AR with 2-4 years of experience to join our team in Chennai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and finance, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and oversee the accounts receivable process for timely and accurate billing.
Develop and implement effective strategies to improve cash flow and reduce outstanding balances.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve billing discrepancies and disputes.
Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement in the accounts receivable process.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to accounts receivable management.
Provide exceptional customer service to clients and stakeholders regarding accounts receivable-related issues.

Job Requirements

Bachelor''s degree in Accounting or Finance.
Minimum 2 years of experience in accounts receivable management.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience working with CRM/IT enabled services/BPO industry is preferred.
