Senior Executive - AR

We are looking for a skilled Senior Executive - AR to join our team at Omega Healthcare Management Services Pvt. Ltd., with 2-4 years of experience in the healthcare industry.

• Manage and oversee accounts receivable processes, ensuring timely payments and minimizing bad debts.
• Develop and implement effective strategies to improve cash flow and reduce outstanding balances.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve billing discrepancies and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement in the accounts receivable process.
• Implement and maintain accurate records of all transactions, including invoices, payments, and correspondence.
• Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to customer inquiries and resolving issues professionally.

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and healthcare industry practices.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers, colleagues, and management.
• Familiarity with healthcare terminology and procedures is an asset.
