Senior Executive - Accounts Payable

Job Description: As a part of the team, your role will involve managing the entry and processing of vendor invoices utilizing SAP S/4HANA, specifically transactions like MIRO and FB60. It will be crucial to uphold accuracy and compliance with company policies throughout this process. Your responsibilities will also include maintaining and updating vendor master data in SAP to guarantee that all information is precise and current. This upkeep is essential to ensure smooth transactions within the system. Additionally, you will be accountable for performing regular reconciliations of vendor accounts to resolve any discrepancies and ensure the accurate reflection of all transactions in the financial records. Furthermore, you will play a key role in ensuring compliance with statutory requirements such as GST and TDS. You will assist in preparing reports for management and provide support for both internal and external audits.
