Senior Events Manager

Job Descripton:

We are looking for a Senior Event Manager to lead the conceptualization, planning, and execution of high-impact corporate events. This role involves creative ideation, client servicing, and end-to-end event delivery while mentoring and guiding a team of event coordinators and designers. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing multiple corporate events and a strong sense of creativity, leadership, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead event conceptualization, ideation, and creative planning aligned with client objectives.
• Create and deliver impactful pitch presentations for client approvals. Supervise and mentor the event planning team; delegate and review work for quality and timeliness.
• Collaborate with designers, production teams, and vendors to develop event themes, layouts, and setups.
• Coordinate directly with clients throughout the planning and execution phases.
• Source and finalize venues, vendors, and materials for both local and outstation events.
• Manage event budgets, vendor negotiations, and cost optimization. Oversee on-ground event execution ensuring seamless coordination and timely delivery.
• Prepare post-event reports, financial summaries, and performance evaluations.
• Stay updated with industry trends, technologies, and experiential event formats.

Skills & Competencies:

• Proven leadership experience in event management (corporate events preferred).
• Strong creative thinking, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; strong client-handling ability. Proficiency in MS PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Canva.
• Strong project management, time management, and multitasking abilities.

Qualification & Experience:

• Graduate / Postgraduate in Event Management, Marketing, or Mass Communication.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate event planning, conceptualization, and execution.
• Experience managing a team and delivering large-scale events end-to-end.
