Job Title: Senior Event Executive

Location: Kerala
Experience: Minimum 4 Years
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹40,000 per month (Based on experience & skill set)
Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred

Job Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and execute events from concept to completion
• Act as the main point of contact between clients, vendors, and internal teams
• Coordinate with design, production, and operations teams for smooth execution
• Handle site visits, event setup, and on-ground management
• Manage event timelines, logistics, and budgets effectively
• Prepare daily/weekly work reports and event status updates
• Support business development activities and client follow-ups
• Ensure client satisfaction and quality delivery of events

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in event management
• Fluent in English & Malayalam (spoken and written)
• Strong communication, coordination, and leadership skills
• Ability to handle multiple events and work under pressure
• Willingness to travel frequently for events
• Immediate availability preferred
