Job Description

Responsible for supporting Evidence, Value and Access (EVA) leaders with various operational activities related to sales support, proposal development (including appropriate literature review to support the proposal) and preliminary resource identification to be included in proposals. Will create and maintain proposal and scope templates, will work closely with assigned Subject Matter Expert to ensure an appropriate proposal is created for each assigned opportunity. Will hand over awarded projects to the project team and the Operational Analyst at award. Will coordinate input of feedback on proposals in future ones. Provide any additional administrative support as required. Manage internal projects and process improvement initiatives.

  • Proficiency in English, orally and written. Excellent communication and influencing skills.

  • Ability to work flexible hours to facilitate global collaboration (North America, Europe)

  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with a focus pone collaboration and motivating others.

  • Good computer application skills (MS Office Suite, including facility with Excel and PowerPoint, project management tools)

  • Exhibits structured approach to problem-solving, well organized and systematic

  • Ability to multi-task effectively on several projects and maintain appropriate attention to detail.

  • Ability to work in a highly complex program of studies, rescue environment, and successfully deliver on their assigned studies

  • Support Salesforce data quality for EVA opportunities and generate reports as needed/ requested

  • Support proposal development and competitive market research, including but not limited to desk research to support the proposal, work with SMEs and EVA Leaders to streamline the proposal process, pre-identify resources suited for and available to be assigned to each opportunity

  • Develop and maintain library of slides for proposal/ RFI content and reuse, and support best practices in budget workbooks

  • Participating in the new project intake resourcing process for EVA and ensure proper handover from award to operations is completed.

  • Assisting other global business operations team members as required

  • Manage internal PMO related projects and process improvements with leadership team.
