Senior Estimation Engineer - Civil

Roles and Responsibilities:-

Preparation of Bill of Quantity (BOQ) based on construction drawing CSA Specification includes all works.

Apply the standard procedures and practices to perform day to day work.

Ensure full coordination between CSA disciplines/Trades.

Preparation of Cost Estimation for CSA Works and Pricing, Rate Buildup of Materials, Labor, Plants, and other misc.

Support on Post contract activities / Engineering support for CSA trades.

He /She should perform Take-off for the selected items for a trade individually.

He / She should support 'Estimator'; as and when required

He / She shall act as supporting member for completing the tasks assigned to the team.

Should verify the checklists / verify whether the standard procedures are followed or not

Key Skills:-

US projects Experience Mandatory

Master Format, CSI Divisions, Quantity take-off, Precon, Pre Bid/Post Bid,

Plan swift, Onscreen Take-off, CostX, ProEst

Project Control, RFI Analysis, Document Control

ProCore, ACC

Well-developed and efficient verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.

Good time management and the ability to work under constant pressure.

Should have the 8+ years’ experience
