Senior Estimation Engineer - Civil

As a Quantity Surveyor, your role involves preparing Bill of Quantities (BOQ) based on construction drawing CSA Specifications and all associated works. You are expected to apply standard procedures and practices in your day-to-day tasks, ensuring full coordination between CSA disciplines/Trades. Your responsibilities also include preparing Cost Estimations for CSA Works, Pricing, Rate Buildup of Materials, Labor, Plants, and other miscellaneous items. Additionally, you will provide support on post-contract activities and engineering support for CSA trades. Key Responsibilities: - Perform Take-off for selected items for a trade individually - Support the Estimator as and when required - Act as a supporting member to complete tasks assigned to the team - Verify checklists and ensure standard procedures are followed Qualifications Required: - US projects experience mandatory - Proficiency in Master Format, CSI Divisions, Quantity take-off, Precon, Pre Bid/Post Bid - Familiarity with PlanSwift, Onscreen Take-off, CostX, ProEst - Knowledge of Project Control, RFI Analysis, Document Control - Experience with ProCore, ACC - Strong verbal and written communication skills - Effective time management and ability to work under pressure - Minimum 8 years of experience In addition to the above responsibilities and qualifications, you should possess well-developed interpersonal skills to efficiently communicate with stakeholders. Your expertise in the mentioned software tools and project management will be crucial in successfully carrying out your duties.
