As a Project Manager, your main responsibility will be to manage and maintain Jira Portfolio to ensure it aligns with program needs and workflows. You will be involved in contributing to business cases, ensuring timely sign-off, implementing and maintaining project management methodology, and ensuring project governance compliance. Additionally, you will be developing project plans, providing progress reports to stakeholders, and attending project committee meetings. It will be your role to identify, manage, and escalate risks, as well as develop contingency plans when necessary. You will also need to establish working groups, direct activities, ensure task delegation, and manage project resources effectively. Your role will involve managing project communications, supporting contract negotiation, monitoring key milestones, and ensuring accurate reporting. Leading and managing on-premises or virtual project teams, planning and monitoring project progress, and initiating corrective actions as needed will also be part of your responsibilities. Furthermore, you will work on prioritization mechanisms, project continuous improvement, and post-implementation reviews. In terms of requirements, you should have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in relevant fields such as Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics & Communication, Information Science, or Telecommunications. A minimum of 5 years of experience in working with JIRA and Project Management is essential. You should have a working knowledge of project management in a multi-disciplined and commercial environment, as well as JIRA administration and orchestrated portfolio for planning, tracking, and reporting techniques. Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, conflict management skills, and the ability to identify and escalate issues are also required. Experience in managing stakeholder relationships, good knowledge of project delivery lifecycle, ability to manage project risks, understanding core business objectives, attention to detail, concern for accuracy, and excellent communication skills are crucial for this role. Working towards industry qualifications such as PMP, SaFe Agile, or PRINCE 2 is preferred. Intermediate MS Office skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Project, and SharePoint are also necessary. The mandatory skills for this role include JIRA Configuration and Customization, Technical Analysis, Solution, and RFI Analysis, JavaScript, CSS, HTML, Testing, SQL Server, and Agile.,
