Senior Enterprise Sales Manager

You are a high-performing and experienced Enterprise Sales Manager responsible for leading B2B sales efforts in the hyperlocal and quick commerce domain. Your role involves identifying and acquiring new enterprise clients across industries with hyperlocal delivery needs, building a strong sales pipeline, and executing a go-to-market strategy for the enterprise segment. You will collaborate with product and operations teams to develop custom solutions to meet client-specific requirements and manage the end-to-end sales lifecycle. Your key responsibilities include fostering strategic relationships with key stakeholders, monitoring client performance and satisfaction, analyzing market trends, and reporting regularly on sales forecasts and KPIs to senior management. You will be expected to have a minimum of 5 years of B2B/enterprise sales experience, preferably in e-commerce, logistics, hyperlocal, or quick commerce, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and handling high-value enterprise deals. To excel in this role, you should possess strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, along with a deep understanding of last-mile logistics, hyperlocal delivery models, and tech-enabled supply chains. The ability to work independently and thrive in a high-growth, fast-paced environment is essential. Proficiency in CRM tools and Excel is required, and experience selling to large enterprises in sectors like Logistics, E-commerce, FMCG, QSR, Healthcare, or Modern Trade is preferred. While an MBA or equivalent degree is preferred but not mandatory, previous experience in startups or high-growth organizations would be advantageous.
