Senior Engineering Manager - Salesforce

• Manage customer expectations; negotiate solutions to complex problems with both the
  

• Highlight and manage risk areas in the solution in a proactive manner and commit to
  

• Document As-Is business processes, business requirements and solution designs for
  

• Own the teams output and deliverables in terms of timelines and quality..
• Create culture of high ownership & responsiveness for production support.
  

• B.Tech/B.E/ Master s Degree in Computer Science or similar discipline.
• 20+ years relevant work experience in software engineering and 5+ years managing
  

• Extensive experience working on SFDC, including 10+ years in the Salesforce
  

• Good experience working with Salesforce/Apex, Triggers, Lightning Flows, Lightning,
  

• Familiarity with SOAP / REST APIs.
• Familiarity with Microservices ecosystem.
• Good to have Salesforce Developer and/or Advanced Developer certification.
• Comfortable with Agile development and Scrum process.
• Excellent verbal and writing skills; ability to produce clear, concise communications
  

• Highly effective at working in cross-functional and cross-geographical organizations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with diverse cultures.
• Ability to deal with uncertainty and adapt to changes.
