Job Description

As a Manufacturing Engineer at Tenneco, your role will involve completing engineering releases for new or revised Ignition Products by including process specifications, tooling, and tool charts. You will be responsible for reviewing and processing Manufacturing / Engineering Documentation Request (MEDR) and directly supporting the APQP / product launch management process. Additionally, you will be developing and revising Process FMEAs and maintaining current process standards while developing new standards for emerging process technology. Key Responsibilities: - Complete engineering releases for new or revised Ignition Products - Review and process Manufacturing / Engineering Documentation Request (MEDR) - Support the APQP / product launch management process - Develop and revise Process FMEAs - Maintain current process standards and develop new standards for emerging process technology - Design, Develop, and Implement projects to enhance existing process technology - Work with the global team to meet customer requirements Qualifications Required: - Graduation or above in Mechanical & Mechatronics - Master the design and manufacture of fixture and tooling - Master industrial automation device, PLC control Assembly equipment - Possess good judgment ability and operation ability - Have English communication ability - Proficient in 3D mechanics drawing and reading drawing - Strong sense of responsibility, team-cooperation, and hard-working spirit with a 24-hour quick response time In addition to the above responsibilities and qualifications, you will receive job-specific training in the following areas: - Ignition Group ECN Process - Ignition Group EDB System - Problem Solving Methods and Tools - Project Management - Statistical Process Control - Failure Modes and Effects Analysis - Design of Experiments Join Tenneco, a global leader in automotive products, and be a part of driving advancements in global mobility by delivering technology solutions for diversified global markets.,
