Senior Engineer

Role Purpose:

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Execution:

  • Supervise and monitor day-to-day site activities to ensure timely completion as per project schedule.
  • Ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.

• Coordination:

  • Liaise with design, procurement, and planning teams for smooth execution.
  • Coordinate with contractors and vendors for resource allocation and timely delivery.

• Quality Safety:

  • Implement and maintain quality control procedures at the site.
  • Ensure adherence to safety protocols and statutory regulations.

• Documentation Reporting:

  • Maintain accurate records of work progress, material consumption, and manpower deployment.
  • Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and escalate issues to the Project Manager.

• Cost Control:

  • Monitor resource utilization and control wastage to stay within budget.

Qualifications Experience:

• Education:

  B.E./B.Tech in Civil/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering (as per project requirement).

• Experience:

  6-10 years in project execution, preferably in large-scale industrial/commercial projects.

• Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of construction methodologies and project management tools.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple stakeholders and resolve site issues promptly.
