End-to-end mold development ownership
DFM/DFA, mold concept & Moldflow reviewTool room & customer coordination (SPOC)Support mold trials (T0–T2) & defect fixingProcess optimization, DOE & PPAP/APQP supportDrive cost, OEE & efficiency improvement

Required Candidate profile

• 5–10 yrs experience in mold development & tool room coordination (auto plastics preferred)• Hands-on exposure to mold trials & modifications• Strong understanding of injection molding processes
