To Conduct the testing the Incoming material of each lot and make the report as per SOP/Incoming Std and Drawing.
Knowledge of corrective and preventive action approach.
Knowledge of measuring Instruments handling.
Ability of conducting tests and inspections of products Knowledge of FIFO management To identifiey the Quality issue and reslove it with vendor.
Make the summery report of inward material.
Good exposure of implementing 5S, 3M,Kaizen &Lean Manufacturing . Good Knowledge of Computer literacy well versed with MS Office, ERP,SAP, Internet and e-mail.
