Senior Engineer PMC

PIXOUS TECH Looking for Senior Engineer – Technical (PMC) will oversee, coordinate, and manage the technical aspects of multiple construction and infrastructure projects under the Project Management Consultancy framework. The role requires strong expertise in civil/structural engineering, project execution, technical review, and ensuring compliance with design standards, safety, quality, and client requirements. Willing to travel multiple locations for site visits periodically.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Execution & Coordination

• Supervise day-to-day project site technical activities.
• Ensure proper implementation of design, drawings, and technical specifications.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and clients for technical clarifications

Technical Review & Quality Assurance

• Review project designs, drawings, BOQs, and material submissions.
• Conduct quality inspections at different stages of construction.
• Ensure compliance with codes, standards, and contract requirements.

Project Monitoring & Reporting

• Track project progress against schedule and report deviations.
• Provide technical inputs for resolving site issues.
• Prepare and review technical reports, DPRs, and documentation for management/client.

Team Leadership & Mentoring

• Guide junior engineers, site engineers, and technical staff.
• Ensure adherence to PMC processes, reporting systems, and project protocols.
• Must have knowledge in reporting tools like MS office, Google sheet, etc
• Should follow daily, weekly and monthly reporting work

Risk & Safety Compliance

• Identify technical risks and propose mitigation measures.
• Ensure health, safety, and environmental standards are followed at all sites.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of civil/structural engineering principles.
• Proficiency in project management tools, MS Office, and AutoCAD.
• Ability to review and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills.
• Problem-solving and decision-making ability under challenging site conditions.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Structural Engineering (Master’s preferred).
• 5–10 years of experience in construction/project management/PMC.
• Experience in high-rise buildings, infrastructure, or industrial projects preferred.
• Knowledge of local building codes, IS standards, and international practices.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
