The IT Project Coordinator plays a pivotal role in ensuring that IT projects are planned, executed, and closed effectively. This role is essential for streamlining project activities and ensuring that all project goals are met within the specified timelines and budget constraints.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in project planning, monitoring, and reporting
Coordinate project activities and ensure all project phases are on track
Manage project documentation and ensure it is up-to-date
Facilitate communication between project stakeholders
Monitor project risks and issues and devise mitigation strategies
Create and maintain comprehensive project schedules and timelines
Assist in resource allocation and management
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
Proven experience in project coordination or related role
Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies
Proficiency in project management tools and software
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities effectively
