Job Description

Hiring: Deputy Manager / Senior Engineer Planning | Industrial, Power and Infrastructure Construction | 5 to 10 Years Experience

Location:

Key Skills Required

Roles & Responsibilities-

1. Project Planning & Scheduling

Prepare Level - L2, L3, L4 schedules using Primavera or MS Project.
Define milestones, sequences, and activity durations.
Develop baseline programs and secure approvals.
Update schedules and monitor actual progress vs. planned targets.

2. Progress Monitoring & Reporting

Track and analyze project progress and delays.
Prepare weekly/monthly progress reports, dashboards & S-curves.
Collect site data and present accurate status to management.
Recommend recovery and catch-up plans when needed.

3. Resource Planning & Forecasting

Plan manpower, material & equipment requirements.
Identify shortfalls and propose corrective actions.
Prepare look-ahead schedules & resource histograms.

4. Coordination & Communication

Coordinate with site teams, clients, consultants & HO.
Attend review meetings and present progress updates.
Support execution and billing teams with planning-related data.

5. Risk & Delay Analysis

Identify potential delays and assess their impact.
Perform EOT, critical path & float analysis.
Recommend mitigation & recovery measures.

6. Documentation & Control

Maintain baseline, revised schedules & planning records.
Ensure documentation accuracy and version control.

Preferred Background

Experience in industrial construction projects (Thermal, Solar, Chemical plants) or commercial projects.

Candidates willing to work PAN India | Male candidates only
