As the Quantity Surveyor (QS) Head and Cost Consultant, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of quantity surveying and cost consultancy services within the organization. Your role will involve providing expert advice on cost management, procurement strategies, contract administration, and risk management to ensure the successful delivery of projects within budgetary constraints.
- Develop and maintain accurate cost estimates for construction projects, including materials, labor, and other related expenses. - Conduct regular cost reviews and provide recommendations to optimize project budgets and expenditures. - Implement cost control measures to monitor project spending and identify areas for cost-saving opportunities.
