We are seeking a highly skilled ASCM Procurement Executive to join our dynamic team in Bengaluru, India. As a key member of our supply chain management department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic procurement initiatives to optimize our organizations supply chain operations and drive cost savings. Develop and execute procurement strategies aligned with organizational goals and objectives Lead strategic sourcing initiatives and manage complex contract negotiations with vendors Analyze market trends, supply chain risks, and opportunities to inform procurement decisions Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify cost reduction opportunities and improve procurement processes Manage vendor relationships and performance to ensure compliance with contractual agreements Utilize data analytics to track key performance indicators and generate actionable insights Implement and maintain best practices in procurement policies and procedures Stay current with industry trends and ASCM standards to drive continuous improvement in procurement operations Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field ASCM certifications (e.g., CPIM, CSCP, or CLTD) required Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management
