Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Engineer specializing in molding processes. This role involves leading molding projects, optimizing manufacturing processes, and ensuring high-quality production while driving innovation and efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Lead the design, development, and optimization of molding processes Iron and Steel metal components. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, production, and quality assurance to enhance manufacturing capabilities. Identify process improvements, troubleshoot molding issues, and implement solutions to improve efficiency and product quality. Oversee material selection and testing to ensure durability and cost-effectiveness in production. Utilize advanced simulation and analysis tools to refine molding techniques and reduce defects. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations, maintaining strict quality control measures. Mentor and guide junior engineers, sharing knowledge and best practices. Drive innovation by researching and integrating the latest molding technologies. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Polymer Engineering. Minimum 5+ years of experience in molding engineering. Strong expertise in injection molding, compression molding, and other related techniques. Proficiency in CAD software and mold flow analysis tools. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Strong leadership, communication, and teamwork abilities.
