Job Title​

Automation Senior Engineer - Metal Injection Molding (MIM) ​

Experience : 8 to 15 years ​

Key Responsibilities​

• Design, develop, and implement automation solutions for MIM production lines, ensuring compliance with ISOand IATF standards.​
• Optimize automation systems for improved efficiency, yield, and reliability.​
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and ensure machine availability and achive KPI Target OEE,MTTR,MTBF. ​
• Troubleshoot and resolve automation-related issues,maintain the Critical spare availability PM plan vs actual.​
• Develop and maintain automation standards, best practices, and documentation (e.g., SOPs, work instructions).​

Requirements​

• Experience in automation engineering, control systems, and robotics(Fanuc ,Kawasaki, Star) in MIM or similarindustries.​
• Proficiency in automation controls (e.g., PLC, HMI, DRIVE,AOI,Vision system,SPM Machines ).​
• Strong understanding of MIM process, automation principles, and regulatory requirements (ISO 9001, IATF16949).​
• Experience with quality management systems (QMS) and compliance.​
• Leadership and mentoring skills.​

Preferred Qualifications​

• Proficiency in MS office ,Autocad ​
• Experience with Industry 4.0 technologies (e.g., IoT, AI, machine learning) in MIM.​
• Familiarity with simulation and modeling tools.Key Documents- ISO 9001 (Quality Management System)- IATF16949 (Automotive Quality Management System)- SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures)- Work instructions-Quality records and documentation​

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹800,000.00 per year
