Job Description

Key Performance Indicators - KPIs

  • Preventive Maintenance Activity of all CNC m/c Overhauling ,SPM & Molding machine.
  • Attain mechanical breakdown
  • Prepare audit Document

Role, Responsibility & Skill Required

  • Planning and Monitoring Execution of Preventive Maintenance.
  • Breakdown Analysis and action taken.
  • Spare part management and monitor of critical spare consumption.
  • Machine Health Checkup Planning and Execution
  • Overhauling of power pack ( Patch tesh, Filter Replacement, Oil filtration).
  • Execute predictive maintenance plan
  • CNC Machine overhaulling / Life Over Spare Part Replacement
  • Knowledge of Plant automation (e.g. Vision sensor, barcode scanner, Printer)
  • Audit Document of maintenance IATF.
  • Knowledge of CNC PMC ladder
  • Execute Mold Maintenance activity.
  • Shut Down Maintenance Planning and Execution.
  • Department KPI Target (Activity monitoring to meet Target)
