Responsibilities > Work in 24x7 environment > Operational support for NAC by using tools Cisco Identity Service Engine > Operational support for LAN by using tools Cisco Prime >Operational support for WLAN by using tools Cisco Prime >KPI Reporting preparation and publishing to stakeholders >System Admin tasks in CPI3.9 >Work procedure documentation >Work under pressure and able to work to tight deadlines Experience / knowledge 5-10 years of experience in the infrastructure industry with at least 3 years as Core LAN Network operations support. 3 Years work experience in Cisco ISE and Cisco Prime tool. Good understanding of the infrastructure networking fundamentals . Very strong knowledge of Cisco LAN concepts and hardware. Very strong knowledge of Cisco WLAN concepts and hardwares. Very Strong Knowledge in RADIUS,TACACS+,802.1x,AAA Very Strong Knowledge in Cisco ISE (Policy,Profiling,Rules) Very good knowledge of Cisco Monitoring tools,CPI3.9,DNAC etc. CCNP R&S,CCNP Security Certified,CCNA Wireless / ACMA (Mandatory) Very good knowledge in Python Very good understanding of automation Ability to work under pressure and able to work to tight deadlines. Excellent written and verbal communication. Ability to interface with the Client/Vendor team and get the issues resolved. Identifying issues, risks and dependencies escalating and managing where appropriate. Outstanding communication and presentation abilities Excellent interpersonal skills is a must Knowledge in Linux will be an advantage Knowledge in IP address Management will be an advantage.
