Role Description

Senior Engineer – Finishing

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and execute finishing works for high-rise residential towers
• Manage activities related to plastering, tiling, flooring, painting, doors & windows, fixtures, and final handover works
• Ensure finishing works are executed as per drawings, specifications, and quality standards
• Coordinate with MEP, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams for smooth execution
• Prepare daily work schedules and monitor progress against targets
• Ensure adherence to safety norms and site discipline
• Identify and resolve site-level technical and execution issues
• Support inspections, snag clearance, and handover processes

Requirements:

• B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering
• Experience in
  high-rise residential projects with Mivan construction
• Strong exposure to finishing works execution and quality control
• Good knowledge of drawings, specifications, and site coordination
• Ability to handle subcontractors and meet project deadlines

• Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Attention to detail and quality-focused approach
