Job Description

IVR Testing: Proven experience in testing IVR systems, including manual and automated testing. Cyara Platform: Hands-on experience with the Cyara automation platform for IVR testing. Test Case Management: Ability to create, execute, and manage test cases, including both manual and automated tests. Defect Tracking: Experience with defect tracking systems and processes.
Communication: Strong communication and collaboration skills. Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze requirements, identify potential issues, and troubleshoot problems. Domain Knowledge: (Depending on the role) Experience in specific domains like banking, contact centers, or telecommunications. Speech Recognition: Knowledge of speech recognition technology and its application in IVR systems.
Genesys Platform: Familiarity with the Genesys platform for contact center solutions. Agile Methodologies: Experience working in Agile development environments.
