Senior End User Computing Specialist

Role Overview: You are a Sr. End User Computing Specialist working at Gift City, Gandhinagar in a 5-day work from office setup with rotational flexible shift timings. Your main responsibility is to provide first line support to internal and external clients, administration staff, and EUC specialists in assisting them with additional hardware and software requirements to ensure systems are working properly according to company standards. Key Responsibilities: - Provide technical support to operations and staff, focusing on continuous improvement in established processes. - Ensure availability of computing resources by supporting various technological platforms (hardware, software), implementing security policies, ensuring connectivity systems, patching, and monitoring best practices implementation. - Offer physical and remote support, maintaining a high level of customer service for all support queries and adhering to service management principles. - Take ownership of user problems, proactively address user issues, and respond to inquiries from internal clients to resolve hardware or software problems. - Support users in computer equipment usage by providing necessary training and advice. - Perform changes on distro lists and organizational units within G-suite, complete updates, patches, and software deployments, and perform VLAN changes. - Act as the main point of contact for any IT-related activities at the site or sites under your scope. - Maintain adequate IT asset management controls for the assets under your responsibility.
