Senior End User Computing Specialist

Role Overview: As a Sr. End User Computing Specialist at Gift City, Gandhinagar, you will be responsible for providing first line support to internal and external clients, administration staff, and EUC specialists. Your main role will involve assisting with additional hardware and software requirements, ensuring that systems are functioning properly according to company standards, and providing technical support to operations and staff for continuous process improvement. Key Responsibilities: - Provide technical support to various technological platforms such as hardware and software, implementing security policies, ensuring connectivity systems, patching, coordinating and monitoring best practices, supporting projects, and assisting in the development and operation of accounts - Offer both physical and remote support, maintaining a high level of customer service for all support queries and adhering to service management principles - Take ownership of user problems, proactively address user issues, respond to inquiries, and help resolve any hardware or software problems - Support users in the use of computer equipment by providing necessary training and advice, perform changes on distro lists and organizational units within G-suite, complete updates, patches, and software deployments, perform VLAN changes, and serve as the main point of contact for any IT-related activities within the site or sites under your scope - Maintain adequate IT asset management controls for the assets under your responsibility Qualifications Required: - Experience providing global end-user support - Experience in providing Mac support - Basic knowledge about G-Suite OR Google Workspace Role Overview: As a Sr. End User Computing Specialist at Gift City, Gandhinagar, you will be responsible for providing first line support to internal and external clients, administration staff, and EUC specialists.
