Role Summary :

• Lead the design, development, and integration of electronic control systems for scanners.
• Responsible for designing encoder and motor control circuits, ensuring synchronization, signal accuracy, and interface compatibility with scanner systems.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design and oversee encoder, motor control, and power distribution systems.
• Develop and validate PCB layouts, wiring harnesses, and circuit prototypes.
• Lead integration of electronics with mechanical and software modules.
• Support R&D and testing for signal quality, motor response, and calibration.
• Guide junior engineers and ensure adherence to documentation standards.
• Troubleshoot and optimize control performance during field validation.

Requirements :

• Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Electronics, EEE, or Instrumentation Engineering.
• Experience: Minimum 3–5 years in industrial electronics, automation, or instrumentation.
• Strong knowledge of motor drivers, encoders, and embedded control systems.
• Hands-on experience with Arduino, STM32, or PLC-based motion control preferred.
• Good understanding of safety standards, EMI/EMC practices, and wiring layouts.
