Role Description

Educator & Coach– Exercise Science, based in Delhi

Key Responsibilities

• Instruction and Mentorship:

  Lead in-person and online educational sessions for aspiring fitness professionals, ensuring a deep understanding of core concepts. Act as a mentor and guide for junior educators, assisting in their professional development and teaching methodologies.

• Curriculum Development:

  Collaborate with the leadership team to review, update, and enhance educational content. Integrate the latest scientific research and industry best practices into all training materials.

• Student Support and Assessment:

  Provide personalized guidance and feedback to students to ensure high success rates in their certification exams. Conduct practical and theoretical assessments to evaluate student progress and readiness.

• Brand Representation:

  Serve as a subject matter expert and representative for the organization at industry events, seminars, and workshops in the Delhi NCR region.

Required Qualifications

• Experience:

  A minimum of 5 years of practical teaching and mentoring experience in the fitness education field.

• Certifications:

  Mandatory possession of a current certification from a globally recognized authority such as NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine) or ACE (American Council on Exercise).

• Knowledge:

  Comprehensive expertise in human anatomy, physiology, biomechanics, exercise science, and nutrition.

• Skills:

  Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to lead and motivate a diverse group of students and colleagues.
