The Opportunity: We are seeking a highly motivated, results-driven, and customer-centric Education Sales Consultant to join our growing team. This role is pivotal in guiding aspiring and existing fitness professionals towards the right educational programs at FitEduCoach, helping them unlock their full potential and achieve their career goals. You will be instrumental in expanding our reach and reinforcing our position as a leader in fitness education. Key Responsibilities: Consultative Sales & Enrollment: Serve as a primary point of contact for prospective students interested in FitEduCoach's diverse range of programs (e.g., Level 3 Gym Instructor, Level 4 Advanced Personal Training, Level 5 NASM-CPT, Sales Consultant Course, Master Trainer, specialized Upskill Programs for gym chains). Conduct in-depth needs assessments through effective questioning and active listening to understand individual career aspirations, current skill sets, and challenges. Present FitEduCoach's programs as tailored solutions, clearly articulating their benefits, curriculum, accreditation, and career pathways ("Learn. Earn. Achieve."). Handle inquiries via phone, email, online chats, and in-person consultations (if applicable). Guide prospective students through the application and enrollment process, ensuring a smooth and positive experience. Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly enrollment targets and revenue goals. Relationship Building: Build strong rapport and trust with prospective students, acting as a trusted advisor throughout their decision-making process. Nurture leads through consistent and timely follow-ups. Collaborate closely with the marketing team to optimize lead quality and conversion strategies. Product Expertise & Industry Knowledge: Maintain a deep and up-to-date understanding of all FitEduCoach programs, including curriculum details, learning outcomes, career prospects, and unique selling propositions. Stay informed about current trends, demands, and career opportunities within the Indian health and fitness industry. Understand the competitive landscape and articulate FitEduCoach's distinct advantages. Objection Handling & Problem Solving: Effectively address concerns, questions, and objections from prospective students, providing accurate and reassuring information. Proactively identify potential barriers to enrollment and work creatively to find solutions. CRM Management & Reporting: Maintain accurate and detailed records of all interactions and lead statuses within the CRM system. Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and performance against targets. Contribution to "Seekho India" Mission: Act as an ambassador for FitEduCoach, embodying our commitment to continuous learning and professional growth. Participate in educational fairs, webinars, and other promotional events as required. Qualifications: Industry: Health, Fitness, Wellness Experience: Minimum 2–4 years of proven experience in sales, admissions counseling, or career advisory roles, preferably within the education, fitness, or a related service industry. Reference will be needed for authentication. Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales/enrollment targets. Career Progression: 1st 6-months: Career Advisor – Monthly admission if achieved 100% for 6 months 2nd 6-months: Senior Career Advisor – Handling 2 locations 3rd: Area Sales Head – Handling revenue, admissions, student satisfaction, and growth of 5 locations Show more Show less
