As a Study Abroad Counsellor at StudyIn, you will play a crucial role in guiding students towards their higher education aspirations. Your responsibilities will include: - Providing advice and counseling to students on various universities, courses, admission requirements, entrance exams, and scholarships in the UK, USA, Australia, New Zealand, and Dubai - Conducting counseling sessions over the phone and in-person, assisting students in selecting suitable courses based on their needs and aspirations - Ensuring that student profiles are compliant for higher studies abroad - Making telephonic counseling calls to leads from various sources and inviting them for in-office counseling sessions - Conducting regular follow-ups with students to provide ongoing support - Tailoring your approach to meet individual student needs and provide personalized attention - Assisting students with visa requirements and coordinating meetings with foreign university delegates - Representing the company at International Education Fairs and Events - Collaborating with universities and university officers to facilitate student admissions - Contributing to the development and promotion of the StudyIn brand - Meeting deadlines and targets while maintaining a sales-oriented attitude - Utilizing strong communication and influencing skills to effectively counsel students Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelor's degree or above in any subject - Three to five years of work experience as a Counsellor in the Study Abroad/Overseas Education industry Desired skills and requirements include: - Proficiency in English (verbal and written) along with fluency in the local language - Strong work ethic, multitasking abilities, and the capacity to thrive in challenging situations - Proficiency in using databases and IT tools such as Internet, Windows environment, and MS Office - Attention to detail, honesty, trustworthiness, respect for others, accountability, and loyalty Join StudyIn, an organization that values diversity and offers equal opportunities to all applicants.
