As a Counsellor at StudyIn, your responsibilities will include advising and guiding students on various universities, courses, admission requirements, entrance exams, scholarships in the UK/USA/ANZ. You will engage with students through phone calls and in-person sessions, assisting them in selecting suitable courses based on their needs and aspirations. Ensuring that student profiles meet international study standards will be crucial, along with telephonic counseling, follow-ups, and personalized attention. Moreover, you will assist students with visa requirements, interact with foreign university delegates, represent the company at international education fairs, liaise with universities, contribute to enhancing the StudyIn brand, and meet set deadlines and targets. A proactive sales attitude, excellent communication skills, and the ability to influence are essential for success in this role. Qualifications for this position include a Bachelor's degree or higher in any subject, coupled with three to five years of relevant work experience in the Study abroad/Overseas Education industry. Desired skills encompass proficiency in English (verbal and written) and local languages, strong multitasking abilities, adeptness in challenging situations, adherence to deadlines, database utilization, attention to detail, proficient IT skills (Internet, Windows environment, MS Office), and virtues like honesty, trustworthiness, respect, accountability, and loyalty.
