Job Description

Senior Ecommerce Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Marketplace Management:
Oversee all aspects of marketplace operations (Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, etc.), including catalog management and campaign execution.
Data Analysis:
Analyze sales trends, performance metrics, and consumer behavior to derive actionable insights.
Campaign Optimization:
Collaborate with the marketing team to design, launch, and optimize campaigns for maximum conversions.
Inventory Management:
Ensure optimal stock levels to prevent out-of-stock situations.
Trend Monitoring:
Stay updated on e-commerce trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
Problem Resolution:
Handle escalations and resolve operational challenges efficiently.

Qualifications:

2-5 years of experience in the e-commerce space, ideally with marketplaces or D2C brands.
Proven expertise in catalog management, pricing strategies, and marketplace algorithms.
Analytical mindset with a strong ability to translate data into actionable insights.
A go-getter attitude with excellent multi-tasking and deadline-meeting skills.
Experience in health, beauty, or wellness categories (preferred).
