As an e-commerce platform manager, your role will involve overseeing the website to ensure it is user-friendly and resolving any issues that may arise. You will be responsible for driving sales and e-commerce growth, as well as managing cataloging, listing, and other operational tasks related to e-commerce. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee the e-commerce website to ensure it is user-friendly and resolves any issues. - Drive sales and e-commerce growth. - Manage cataloging, listing, and other operational work related to e-commerce. - Analyze platform analytics, sales data, and customer feedback to refine strategies and improve performance. - Drive the overall sales performance of the e-commerce platform. - Manage and execute promotional campaigns to attract customers and increase sales. - Provide analysis and reporting on key metrics, such as sales, new product performance, and customer behavior. Qualifications Required: - Previous experience in e-commerce platform management. - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions. - Proven track record of driving sales and e-commerce growth. - Excellent communication and organizational skills. (Note: The job type is full-time, and the work location is in person during day shift.)
