PROFILE SUMMARY
We are hiring an E-Commerce Marketer for our organization. The candidate must be detail-oriented and proactive to oversee product listings, pricing strategies, and promotional activities across various online marketplaces (such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra). This role is integral to driving revenue, enhancing brand visibility, and ensuring that customers have a seamless shopping experience. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of e- commerce platforms, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to manage inventory planning to ensure demand forecasting & order fulfilment.

JOB RESPONSIBILITY AND ACCOUNTABILITY
 Oversee the e-commerce website to ensure a seamless, user-friendly experience and promptly resolve any technical or operational issues. Drive overall sales performance and support e-commerce growth initiatives. Manage cataloging, product listing, and daily operational tasks related to the e-commerce platform. Analyze platform analytics, sales data, and customer feedback to refine strategies and optimize performance. Plan, manage, and execute promotional campaigns to attract customers and boost sales.  Provide detailed reporting and analysis on key metrics, including sales performance, new product launches, and customer behavior trends

SKILLS REQUIRED
 Proficiency in marketplace platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, etc. Strong analytical skills with experience in marketplace specific analytics platforms Experience with performance marketing, PPC ads, and sales optimization Familiarity with inventory management, demand planning, and order fulfillment Excellent communication, negotiation and project management skills

ELIGIBILITY
 Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field 2-3 years of experience in marketplace management or e-commerce

WORKING DAYS & TIME
 Monday to Saturday (Alternate Saturdays Off) 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
