Job Description

Were seeking a creative thinker who embodies Amazons Leadership Principles to own and drive advertising initiatives for LCS advertisers during HVEs and Topical events. This role demands Customer Obsession in understanding both our advertisers and end customers needs, while demonstrating Ownership of major Indian shopping events and festivals to drive significant business impact. Key job responsibilities Key Responsibilities: (Ownership | Deliver Results | Think Big) Own end-to-end program management of LCS advertising strategies for all HVEs (e. g Great Indian Festival, Prime Day etc) Demonstrate Bias for Action in developing and executing India-specific go-to-market strategies Scale programs through data-driven decision making and continuous innovation Strategic Leadership: (Learn and Be Curious | Invent and Simplify) Drive innovation in advertising solutions while maintaining the bar high for operational excellence Develop scalable frameworks that can be adopted across different event types Identify and solve complex problems through simplified, customer-centric solutions Stakeholder Management: (Earn Trust) Partner with cross-functional teams including Sales, Product, Tech, and IN Events Navigate ambiguous situations while maintaining high standards Demonstrate ability to influence and align stakeholders without direct authority Push back constructively when needed while maintaining strong relationships - Knowledge of digital marketplace and understanding of the video competitive landscape - MBA or advanced degree from premier Indian institute with 8+ years of experience - 5+ years of experience in digital advertising or e-commerce in India - Deep understanding of local commerce dynamics in Indian markets - Experience working with medium and large businesses in India - Track record of Thinking Big and driving innovation
