Senior E-Commerce Executive

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive E-Commerce Account Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing product listings, handling international and domestic clients, resolving account issues, and ensuring smooth operations across multiple e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Walmart, Etsy, and eBay.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update product listings on Amazon, Walmart, Etsy, eBay, and other platforms.
• Manage accounts of reputed e-commerce sellers/vendors in the USA, UK, Europe, and domestic markets.
• Oversee inventory, catalogue management, and account operations for international clients.
• Coordinate with customer support to resolve order-related queries quickly and efficiently.
• Act as a liaison between the support team and e-commerce platforms, addressing concerns and escalating issues when necessary.
• Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to improve product visibility and SEO performance.
• Handle and resolve seller and buyer grievances across various platforms.
• Ensure a smooth and satisfactory customer experience across all product listings.
• Understand clients’ businesses in detail and respond to their queries via email, chat, or phone.
• Delegate tasks based on team strengths and monitor project progress.
• Track project performance against short-term and long-term goals and provide regular updates to management.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in BBA, MBA, B.Com, PGDM, BCA, BE, MCA, MBDA, or any related field.
• Prior experience in e-commerce account handling is preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, and professional email communication.
• Fluency in English communication (spoken and written) is highly desirable.
• Strong interpersonal, analytical, and result-driven skills.
• Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and work both independently and as part of a team.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
