About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Online Sales & E-Commerce Executive to manage our digital sales channels, engage customers, and drive revenue growth. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in e-commerce operations, online sales strategies, and lead generation who is ready to take ownership and grow with a forward-thinking team. Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day operations of e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, website, etc.) Execute online sales strategies to meet monthly targets and improve conversion rates Coordinate product listings, pricing, and promotions across marketplaces Analyze sales data and customer behavior to identify trends and new opportunities Plan and implement digital marketing campaigns in coordination with the marketing team Handle customer queries and ensure excellent service standards on all digital platforms Identify and generate sales leads through online channels (social media, Google Ads, B2B directories, etc.) Collaborate with content and design teams to ensure engaging product listings and creatives Monitor and optimize ad spend for best ROI using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads, etc. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field 1 to 2 years of experience in online sales, e-commerce management, or lead generation Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (Amazon Seller Central, Shopify, etc.) Working knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, and digital ad platforms Good understanding of consumer behavior in the online buying space Excellent communication, coordination, and analytical skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Preferred Qualities: Experience with CRM tools and lead nurturing campaigns Knowledge of B2B lead generation tactics Creative thinker with a passion for results and innovation What We Offer: Competitive salary and performance-based incentives Opportunity to work in a growing wellness/tech-driven brand Exposure to cross-functional teams and new product categories Learning and development support to boost your e-commerce expertise
